Logistics \- Transportation \- Distribution \- Warehouse International Trade \- Import \- Export 3 hours ago 3 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Totum Talent, we are currently searching for a Logistics Manager for a pharmaceutical distribution company located in the State of Mexico. **OBJECTIVE:** Design, implement, and optimize logistics and warehousing operations by integrating route optimization systems, fleet management, fuel consumption monitoring, and warehouse management. Build unit economics for the operation, generate data-driven dashboards and insights, and lead continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency and reduce costs for management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement and integrate route optimization, fleet management, fuel consumption, and warehousing systems. * Design and maintain end-to-end operational processes for transportation and warehousing. * Coordinate daily operational execution with procurement, operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. * Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost compliance for every shipment and movement. * Build and maintain unit economics for logistics and warehousing operations. * Generate dashboards and KPI reports for senior management and executive leadership. * Identify data-based optimization levers (routes, fleet, fuel, warehouse layout). * Structure actionable business cases for management review. * Define, measure, and continuously improve operational KPIs. * Lead cost and logistics efficiency optimization projects. * Report to executive leadership with clear data-driven narratives and recommendations. * Align operations with the group’s strategic objectives. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, or related field * English (desirable) **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** * Experience in transportation and warehousing operations * Coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * ERP knowledge (Odoo) * Route analysis * Logistics management * Excel proficiency
