We employ over 9,000 people and operate 21 Recycling Centers, 3 Steel Mills, 15 Finished Product Plants, 1 Research Center, and 26 Distribution Centers. * **Key Responsibilities and/or Functions:** 1\. Quality Management and Standardization: Define, document, and update quality standards and technical criteria applicable to each stage of the production process. Develop and maintain current guidelines in the Raw Material Classification Manual, ensuring optimal raw material for operations. 2\. Operational Control and Monitoring: Implement and monitor quality control systems across all operational stages (from receipt through to finished product). Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying trends and analyzing deviations. 3\. Root Cause Analysis and Problem Resolution: Lead non-conformance analysis using advanced problem-solving methodologies. Provide specialized technical support for the Claims Management System, managing critical cases classified as "problems" to ensure effective resolution and prevent recurrence. * **Language Requirement:** English, B2 Thank you very much for considering Grupo DEACERO to begin or continue your professional career! .
