WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **Junior Talent Developer** Main Responsibilities: Execute performance evaluation plans with technical consultants. Requirements: Monitoring of indicators. Annual monitoring. End-to-end performance evaluation. Competency model (skills related to leadership, technical skills, PowerSkill questions, soft skills). Tracking of learning paths by role; maintaining oversight of how individuals grow within the organization. Creation of development plans. Experience managing a development program. Desirable: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; analysis of evaluations. Work Modality: Hybrid (one weekly onsite visit). Location: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX.
