Expertise in Project Management methodologies Job Description: We are seeking a senior professional to manage and optimize critical technology solutions essential for business continuity. The primary objective is to lead the implementation of improvements on the **ERP (SAP)** platform, ensuring agile transition of organizational processes and strategic alignment between operational areas and information systems. **The position requires solid technical knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and Material Ledger for first-level user support (60\-70% of role activities)** **Additionally, project management skills (30\-40% of role activities)** **Technical Experience: Advanced expertise in SAP FI** **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Lifecycle Leadership:** Oversee solutions from analysis and design through deployment, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and documentation quality standards. * **Strategic Planning:** Define scope, approve deliverables, and manage schedules (Gantt charts), identifying critical paths and risk mitigation plans. * **Financial and Third-Party Management:** Control assigned project budgets, ensure compliance with contracts with external vendors, and manage corresponding payments. * **Stakeholder Liaison:** Serve as the bridge between IT Management and business units, communicating progress, managing expectations, and scheduling periodic follow-up sessions. * **Support and Continuous Improvement:** Coordinate specialized helpdesk services for resolving operational incidents and evaluating new technological tools. **Profile Requirements** * **Technical Experience:** Advanced expertise in **SAP FI** (desirable knowledge of **MM and SD** modules). * **Management:** Expertise in **Project Management** methodologies. * **Languages:** Advanced English. * **Soft Skills:** Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and executive communication skills.
