Ensuring compliance with regulations and a high-quality experience **AAA Condominium seeks an Internal Security Guard in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Prominent AAA residential complex is seeking: Security Guards / Access Control Personnel Requirements: Education: Basic Minimum 2 years of experience Availability for 24\*48 shifts (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) Job Description Job Objectives: Provide professional and warm attention to residents, manage access, control, and proper use of lobby and common area facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an orderly, high-quality experience. Main Responsibilities: Strict Access Control: Mandatory registration of visitors, service personnel, vendors, and vehicles via biometric systems or digital platforms. Surveillance and Patrols: Perimeter rounds and patrols of common areas (gardens, gym, pool) to detect anomalies. Resident Assistance: Receiving and delivering packages and mail, and managing special access requests. Emergency Response: Immediate action in risk situations such as fires, earthquakes, or unauthorized intrusions, coordinating with authorities. Daily Reports: Preparation of detailed logs documenting daily events, incidents, and visitors. Reporting anomalies, maintenance or cleaning service needs in common areas. Conducting bag and personal belongings inspections for employees, service staff, and vendors. Inspecting vehicle trunks. Supporting events held in the condominium’s event halls.
