Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant with a service-oriented attitude for comprehensive maintenance of both exterior and interior spaces, including gardening and various trades. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain green areas and gardens in good condition. 2. Perform painting, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and masonry work. 3.
