Description

Logistics company requires personnel for "Fleet Manager with valid license" Functions and responsibilities 1\. Maintenance Management: Plans and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and maximize vehicle availability. 2\. Cost and Fuel Control: Monitors fuel consumption and uses telematics systems to reduce operational expenses and detect potential fraud. 3\. Document and Regulatory Management: Maintains physical and digital vehicle files with complete documentation (license plates, registration tax, insurance, circulation card, permits, verification). 4\. Site Visits: Travels to external locations to inspect vehicle conditions. 5\. Quotations: Obtains at least three quotations per product/service and submits a supplier comparison for approval. 6\. Driver Administration: Leads, trains, and supervises operational staff, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and safety policies. 7\. Acquisition and Renewal: Determines when vehicle renewal is necessary based on age, mileage, or failure frequency, and negotiates with suppliers or leasing companies. 8\. Data Analysis (KPIs): Generates reports on route performance, delivery times, and cost per kilometer to support decision-making. OTHER DUTIES 1\. Track delivery of requested products/services from suppliers according to the purchase order. 2\. Confirm quality and price conditions as specified. 3\. Conduct supplier evaluations. 5\. Support: Perform activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. 6\. Issue reports and clarifications requested by users and customers. 7\. Train personnel under supervision. 8\. Track warranty services/materials. 9\. Obtain training from suppliers where applicable. 10\. Report progress on objective and quality indicator attainment.
