




The Event and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all types of events within the boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional and personalized guest experiences. Additionally, they manage and optimize the hotel’s digital advertising campaigns, contributing to brand positioning and acquisition of new customers. **Key Responsibilities** **Event Management** * Planning, organizing, and supervising social and corporate events. * Coordination with vendors, internal staff, banquet services, kitchen, and maintenance. * Designing proposals and budgets for clients. * Personalized attention before, during, and after events. * Supervision of setup, logistics, timelines, and quality standards. * Recording and tracking payments, contracts, and specific requirements. **Digital Marketing and Advertising** * Creation, management, and optimization of campaigns on **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, and **Instagram Ads**. * Audience segmentation, performance analysis, and reporting. * Management of promotional content related to hotel events and services. * Support in branding strategies and digital positioning. * Coordination of special campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. **Competencies and Knowledge** * Organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in digital advertising platforms: **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**. * Skills in audience segmentation, metrics, campaign analysis, and optimization. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Knowledge of the hospitality industry and event trends.
