Expert in coordinating vehicle fleets (motorcycles, vans, light trucks, tractor-trailers), ensuring consolidated loads and deliveries within assigned time windows. Experienced in handling high volumes, managing returns (reverse logistics), and resolving incidents on route immediately. Maximize delivery density per route while consistently maintaining the quality and punctuality standards demanded by today's market. **Responsibilities** * **Dynamic Route Optimization:** Use of algorithms and GPS to avoid traffic and reduce travel time. Follow client-provided operational guidelines to prevent penalties or sanctions during loading and distribution, supported by provided IT tools. * **Fleet Management:** Coordination of in-house or third-party (3PL) delivery personnel. * **Delivery KPIs:** Monitoring of *On\-Time Delivery* (OTD), first-attempt success rate, and stop times. * **Reverse Logistics:** Efficient management of customer exchanges and returns. * **Tools:** Proficiency in routing software (e.g., Routific, Beetrack, DispatchTrack) and driver mobile apps. **Experience** * Daily route planning and dispatch based on geographic zones and time windows. * Direct communication with end customers to resolve questions or issues regarding delivery addresses. * Analysis of driver performance and adherence to customer service protocols. * Supervision of warehouse loading and outbound processes (Last Mile Hub). **What We Offer?** · Growth opportunity · Job stability · Monthly base salary .
