You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, accurately managing orders, and guaranteeing reliable and timely billing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and track customer orders from receipt through to closure. * Prepare quotations and maintain updated price lists. * Receive, route, and follow up on customer requests and requirements. * Generate and control invoices, as well as credit notes. * Support the sales team with reports and data analysis. * Coordinate delivery route planning. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and objectives of the Quality Management System. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration. * Prior experience in customer service, after-sales service, or similar functions. * Previous experience using CRM software. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Availability to work in the following location: El Marqués, Querétaro. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross base salary: $11,255. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
