Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Group Credit Advisor to promote, disburse, and collect group loans, as well as provide customer support and guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Group credit promotion, disbursement, and collection 2. Monitoring loan renewals and providing customer service 3. We are currently recruiting: GROUP CREDIT ADVISOR Responsibilities: * Promote, disburse, and collect group loans. * Monitor and process loan renewals. • Identify customer needs and concerns to guide them toward the best credit options and usage. • Provide customer service (advising both new and existing customers). Requirements: Education: High school diploma / Completed technical degree Minimum experience: Sales of group and/or solidarity loans, field collections. Skills: Information analysis, customer service, goal-oriented work, integrity, eagerness to learn and grow within this great organization. Schedule availability: 90% field work and 10% office work.
