Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Group Credit Advisor to promote, disburse, collect, and monitor group loans, as well as provide comprehensive customer service. Key Highlights: 1. We are recruiting: GROUP CREDIT ADVISOR Responsibilities: * Promotion, disbursement, and collection of group loans. * Monitoring and processing loan renewals. • Identifying customers’ needs and questions in order to guide them toward the best credit option and usage. • Customer service (advising both new and existing customers). Requirements: Education: High school diploma / Completed technical degree Minimum experience: Sales of group or solidarity loans and/or field collections. Skills: Information analysis, customer service, goal-oriented work, honesty, eagerness to learn and grow within this great company. Schedule availability: 90% fieldwork and 10% office-based.
