We are seeking a **Cost and Budget Analyst** with **experience in urbanization and infrastructure**. **Job Objective:** To develop competitive economic and technical proposals in the construction sector, monitoring project profitability from the pre\-construction stage through final delivery to the client—ensuring realistic pricing and healthy margins for urbanization and infrastructure projects. * Timely tracking of overall project costs and any changes occurring during execution. * Technical and cost evaluation of preliminary designs. * Review of work scope documents. * Development of in\-house or externally prepared itemized cost catalogs. * Coordination of supplier samples/portfolios for new projects. * Preparation of parametric proposals and cost projections. * Management of tendering/bidding processes for partial or full construction works in urbanization, infrastructure, and amenity areas. * Timely tracking of change orders to provide feedback to the finance department, followed by other collaborating departments. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Civil Engineer or Architectural Degree** (completed). * **Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.** * Proficiency in **Opus, AutoCAD**, and Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced **Excel** skills. * Familiarity with at least one **ERP system and MS Project.** Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $20,900.82 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite\-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On\-site employment
