The candidate will be responsible for supervising field work, coordinating personnel and contractors, and ensuring proper execution of work in accordance with drawings, schedules, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Prior experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar role. * **Basic knowledge in telecommunications, networks (network), electrical systems and/or air conditioning**. * *(Medium-to-advanced knowledge in at least one of these areas is required).* * Ability to read and interpret drawings. * Personnel management and crew coordination skills. * **Willingness to travel is mandatory** (off-site work). * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude.**Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site construction execution. * Coordinate contractors, technicians, and suppliers. * Verify construction progress and schedule compliance. * Ensure work quality and safety. * Report progress, incidents, and project closure. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Per diems (accommodation, transportation, and meals) for off-site projects. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Interested candidates**: Apply through this channel with an updated CV.
