We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Cargo Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a vehicle to safely, efficiently, and punctually transport goods to our customers and distribution centers, fully complying with all federal traffic and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities * Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and professionally according to assigned routes, schedules, and destinations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights), and report any mechanical anomalies. * Strictly comply with Federal Traffic Regulations (SCT) and road safety standards. * Maintain constant communication with the monitoring and traffic team to report trip status, incidents, or delays. * Supervise and assist loading/unloading operations and fuel pump filling at customer facilities, always maintaining courteous and professional conduct. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * **License:** Valid Federal Driver’s License Type "B" or "E". * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Transporter or operating cargo vehicles weighing 5 to 10 tons. * **Knowledge:** Thorough familiarity with federal highways and Traffic Regulations. * **Willingness to travel.** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school diploma. **Desirable:** * Basic mechanical knowledge for resolving minor issues on the road. **Competencies** * High level of responsibility and sense of urgency. * Honesty and integrity. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation) * Travel allowances (paid by the company) * Bonuses based on trip performance indicators * Initial and ongoing training * PTU (Profit Sharing) payments exceeding statutory requirements * Free uniforms Position Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms
