REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Completed high school diploma
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor in the food, restaurant, commissary, or distribution center sectors.
* Knowledge of handling and preservation of food supplies, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage, as well as product rotation.
* Desired experience with fish, seafood, beef, chicken, pork, fruits, vegetables, frozen foods, dairy products, sausages, groceries, beverages, and disposables.
* Experience in inventory control and goods receiving, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out), etc.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge and usage of Excel.
* Must have flexible availability regarding working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare purchase orders under supervision of department head or kitchen supervisor.
* Receive, inspect, and arrange goods according to purchase orders and quality standards.
* Verify that supplies match purchase orders (quantity, quality, and price).
* Check weights, quantities, expiration dates, and conditions of received products.
* Control and record incoming and outgoing goods.
* Organize and rotate products using the FIFO system.
* Assist with physical inventories and stock control.
* Properly store dry, refrigerated, and frozen supplies.
* Monitor temperatures and storage conditions.
* Supply kitchen, bar, and operational areas with required supplies.
* Control shrinkage and report incidents.
* Comply with hygiene and order standards in the warehouse.
* Receive invoices and products.
* Reject products in poor condition or outside specifications.
* Label items with receipt date and expiration date.
* Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper organization.
* Prevent cross-contamination.
* Manage returns.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; days off on Saturday and Sunday.
