Job requirements: * Bachelor's degree candidate or Technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience handling supermarket chains, order tracking, customer service, and personnel supervision. Knowledge: * SAP ERP system. * Office suite (advanced Excel). * Knowledge of portal usage (ekomercio, FRAGUA, Coppel, Soriana, Chedraui). * Administrative knowledge. Responsibilities: * Monitor web portals to process purchase orders and coordinate their invoicing. * Validate daily orders against client requirements for invoicing. * Analyze the *back order* daily and communicate shortages impacting invoicing to Sales and Planning. * Validate sales expenses weekly according to internal policies and process payments with Accounting. * Generate the biweekly sales log for management and administration payroll processing.
