In addition to competitive compensation packages, our employees enjoy a range of programs, services and benefits that bring the best to their personal lives. **Start YOUR career with DHL today…** **Responsibilities:** * Warehouse Operations + Inspect, sort, weigh, measure, and document shipments. + Safely build and reconfigure Unit Load Devices (ULDs). + Verify third-party service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + Maintain organized DHL equipment and perform stock controls. * Ramp Operations + Supervise and coordinate activities on designated ramp areas as assigned by the Turn Around Coordinator. + Verify that third parties operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for aircraft loading and unloading, ensuring correct and safe cargo distribution per AGOM. * Import Operations + Receive and validate incoming Air Waybills (AWBs). + Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo clearance. + Sort and deliver cargo in compliance with local regulations and internal procedures. + Record and track discrepancies or incidents related to imported cargo. * Export Operations + Review Air Waybill (AWB) documentation and ensure compliance with customs requirements. + Coordinate with consolidators and customs brokers for export clearance. + Prepare cargo for international flights, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and security. + Validate cargo manifests and close flights per IATA regulations and DHL standards. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience** * High school diploma. * 1\-2 years of experience working on ramp and warehouse operations within customs environments. * Spanish. Basic English (desirable) * Dangerous Goods (desirable) * Airside Awareness (desirable) * Build Up (desirable)
