We are looking for a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Administrative Assistant** who will serve as the driving force behind our clinic’s operational efficiency. Your mission will be to ensure that the patient experience begins and ends flawlessly—by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and delivering comprehensive administrative support that enables our clinical team to focus on our patients’ health. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Patient Care:** Provide warm and professional reception both in person and via telephone. * **Schedule Management:** Organize, schedule, and confirm patient appointments to optimize specialists’ consultation times. * **File Management:** Maintain up-to-date and meticulously organized patient files and clinical records for immediate access. * **Cash Handling:** Collect treatment payments via cash or bank terminal and perform daily cash reconciliation. * **Administrative Support:** Execute general operational processes and administrative procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations. * **Supply Management:** Monitor inventory of stationery and office supplies required for daily operations. * **Utility Payments:** Manage and schedule timely payment of essential clinic utilities—including electricity, water, internet, and telecommunications—to ensure uninterrupted operations. * **Deposit Management:** Deposit daily income into institutional bank accounts, adhering strictly to the clinic’s security protocols. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Experience and knowledge in administrative processes, customer service, collections, and cash handling. * Proof of prior work experience. * Ability to manage tasks and resolve everyday situations with minimal supervision (autonomy). * Willingness to undergo training on specialized software and internal clinic protocols. * Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement of operational processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. **Location:** Calle 20 \#112 x 23 y 25, Centro, Kanasín, Yucatán. Initial training will be conducted at our Mérida Centro branch: Calle 60 \#466 entre 53 y 55, Col. Centro, 97000\.
