Provide customer attention and follow-up on consumables-related matters, ensuring proper management of requests, deliveries, incidents, and logistical tracking, delivering efficient and high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or administrative bachelor's degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative follow-up, or logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in shipment tracking, waybills, or interaction with courier companies (preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service orientation. * Organization and activity follow-up skills. * Ability to resolve problems and follow up on incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage consumables requests from customers. * Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries of consumables. * Monitor waybills and coordinate with courier companies. * Provide attention and follow-up on reports, incidents, or failures related to consumables. * Maintain constant communication with customers to inform them of request and delivery statuses. * Record and update administrative information and internal controls. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure appropriate response times. * Follow up on pending items until resolution and customer satisfaction. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site employment
