Job Summary: Improve NVH performance in production vehicles, focusing on Road Noise, Body Structure, Isolation, and Ride Comfort, ensuring compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. NVH analysis using Siemens LMS or Head Acoustics ArtemiS 2. Operation of oscilloscopes, accelerometers, and precision microphones 3. Use of CANalyzer to read CAN/LIN signals Improve Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) performance in production vehicles, focusing on critical attributes including Road Noise, Body Structure, Isolation, and Ride Comfort. The project aims to ensure vehicles meet established quality and comfort standards set by the manufacturer (e.g., Nissan) and governmental regulations, through standardized testing, data analysis, and technical improvement proposals. **Requirements** Technical Skills: NVH Analysis: * Basic/intermediate use of Siemens LMS or Head Acoustics ArtemiS for noise and vibration data processing. Measurement Tools: * Operation of oscilloscopes, accelerometers, and precision microphones for NVH testing. * Data analysis software: * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for technical reporting. * Basic knowledge of MATLAB or Python for signal processing. In-vehicle Communication: * Use of CANalyzer or similar tools to read CAN/LIN signals. Project Management: * Tracking technical issues using GIMS/CN or equivalent systems.
