**SODEXO MEXICO is seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor in Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SODEXO MEXICO A multinational company, leader in quality of life services, specializing in industrial dining and facility management, is currently seeking: HSEQ SUPERVISOR For our Mining Camp Service in MAZAPIL, ZACATECAS Requirements Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial, Environmental, or related fields Minimum required experience: 1 to 3 years Knowledge and application of regulations regarding industrial safety and hygiene 14 x 7 shift schedule Familiarity with and application of STPS NOMs Job Objective and Mission: Evaluate and supervise personnel; direct and control daily activities within the work area. Similarly, monitor proper compliance with client-specified safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Willingness to travel Key Responsibilities: * Verify and supervise staff — i.e., assign specific tasks and ensure appropriate execution of results, strictly adhering to stipulated safety regulations. * Conduct TIS (Shift Start Meeting) at the beginning of each daily work shift. * Monitor compliance with and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Review and develop work procedures. * Provide feedback on pending activities and anticipate future ones. * Supervise operations and critical activities. * Report and identify unsafe conditions and acts. * Train staff on safety, safe operations, and protocols.
