Nutrypollo is looking for you — we are seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Hatchery Plant. **Job Objective** Carry out and coordinate the necessary production operations for the incubation process and its sanitation during the assigned shift. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise proper cleaning of equipment and chick boxes. * Check hatchers and incubators. * Report any anomalies identified during the shift. * Prepare corresponding reports. * Respond to alarms when they sound. Supervise personnel to ensure they are working, accustomed to working under pressure, and willing to rotate shifts as required. * **Requirements** * Prior experience in leadership roles. * Ability to lead and motivate the team. * Effective communication skills.
