**Objective of the Position:** Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and internal management systems (IATF 16949\), guaranteeing product conformity, process stability in manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement in key indicators such as scrap rate, PPM, and audit results. **Direct Responsibilities** * Manage nonconformity reports (internal, customer, or supplier) and prepare 8D reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. * Coordinate and follow up on PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC documentation. * Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) and participate in new project validations. * Support customer quality issues and audits, ensuring timely response and resolution. * Provide assistance during internal and external audits (IATF 16949, PSA, and customer audits). * Monitor and report quality performance indicators (scrap, rework, PPM, and defects per operation). **Experience** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry (preferably in machining or auto parts assembly). * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). * Blueprint reading and GD\&T interpretation. * Process and product audit experience. * Proficiency in Minitab or similar statistical software. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, PPM tracking, and reporting). **Skills** · Organization · **Attention to detail / Observant** · **Sense of urgency** · **Customer service orientation** · **Responsibility** **Candidate Competencies** * Results\-oriented and focused on achieving objectives. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Customer\-oriented approach. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field). * Own vehicle required for commuting to Salinas Victoria. * English language – MANDATORY, for communication with Chinese personnel . **We Offer** * Mixed salary scheme: $25,000 to $30,000 MXN per month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Legal benefits (as per Mexican Labor Law) * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining a growing company with strong values and a focus on continuous improvement, **please submit your résumé for consideration.** We look forward to reviewing your application.
