Position Summary: This intern role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE and project management initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and process documentation. Project Management * Collaborate in the development and updating of project documentation. * Participate in progress meetings. * Track assigned tasks and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure timely completion. * Support preparation of progress reports and executive presentations. * Contribute to identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within projects. * Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation. * Collaborate in internal communications activities related to projects. ### **How to Thrive in This Role? Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:** * You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * You possess advanced English proficiency (for written and verbal communication). * You have basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project). * You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities. * You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). * You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. * You possess data-handling skills, report generation capability, and ability to present findings. * You have strong communication and teamwork skills. * Familiarity with PMI methodology is desirable. * Prior experience in academic internships or university projects is desirable. * Prior involvement in environmental management or health, safety, and environment (HSE) projects is desirable. * Knowledge of and prior participation in internal audits is desirable. **Now that you can envision yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the competencies, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
