Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Develop work teams to generate value through products aligned with customer specifications regarding service, quality, delivery timelines, and cost—as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure product manufacturing complies with quality and food safety specifications. **Your impact**  Monitor and ensure execution of the production plan.  Manage personnel and results during shift changes (shift closings, leave requests, etc.).  Provide role-specific feedback on production line activities (line walks).  Track orders, quotations, and supplier/purchasing jobs.  Conduct weekly performance meetings with key line roles.  Lead integrated teams.  Attend ICC meetings daily.  Drive productivity improvements on production lines.  Foster a positive work environment for FL personnel.  Manage FL personnel requirements.  Support evaluation of compliance with legal and other applicable requirements.  Comply with the Environmental Policy and carry out necessary activities for implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system.  Authority to enforce food safety and quality policies through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, fostering and promoting a culture of food safety and hygiene. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?**  Industrial, Biochemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree.  Minimum 1 year of prior operations experience (plant-based).  Strong results orientation.  Strategic mindset.  Advanced Excel proficiency.  Proficiency in other computer tools such as SAP.  Data interpretation skills.  Disciplined and organized.  Leadership and teamwork capabilities.  Availability to rotate shifts.  Personnel development experience.
