Today, we invite you to join our team in **Querétaro** as: **LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Job Objective:** To perform, monitor, and report laboratory tests on concrete, ensuring proper control and handling of equipment and facilities. To support technical field testing and maintain MAPEI’s established quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct tests on **cement, mortar, aggregates, fresh and hardened concrete, and admixtures**. Record and interpret results in authorized logs. Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities. Prepare and dispatch admixture samples to internal and external customers. Provide technical field support for test execution. Comply with applicable procedures and management systems relevant to the position. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Technical degree in Construction (mandatory). **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in a concrete laboratory or as a construction technician. **Knowledge:** Applicable standards for **admixtures, aggregates, cement, and concrete**. Advanced concrete laboratory operation. Execution of quality control tests. Management systems for materials laboratories. **Language:** Basic English. **Key Competencies:** Initiative and customer orientation. Working under pressure and time management.
