Support in process optimization and data analysis **Position Objective** Support the department in process optimization, data analysis, and procedure documentation, actively collaborating on strategic projects aimed at efficiency, safety, and the company's continuous improvement philosophy. **Key Challenges and Responsibilities** * **Analysis and Optimization:** Support process mapping, bottleneck identification, and proposal development to improve productivity. * **Kaizen / 5S Culture:** Collaborate in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement methodologies and workplace organization. * **Data Control:** Collect, structure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. * **Standardization:** Assist in creating, updating, and disseminating manuals, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures. * **Operational Support:** Provide assistance in inventory management, production planning, or internal quality/safety audits, as required by the department. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in the final semesters/quarters of **Industrial Engineering**, Productive Systems Engineering, or a related field. (Mandatory valid faculty insurance). * **Desired Knowledge:** Theoretical familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen), process diagramming, and project management. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Office suite.
