Achieving **1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we can meet through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** **PROJECT LEADER** **Requirements:** * **Experience** of 1–2 years in financial operations, control desks, auditing, or IT finance project support. * **Sector exposure:** Experience working in banks or brokerage firms is desirable. * **Academic background:** Degree holder or candidate in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering (with a focus on business processes). * **Certifications (Desirable):** Project Management: CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification from PMI or entry-level Scrum Master certification. * **Profile considerations (Soft Skills):** Resilience and time management. (Availability to work under fixed, non-negotiable delivery deadlines.) * **Other technical requirements:** Availability for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including supervision of system testing outside market operating hours (weekends or nights). **Knowledge:** * **Project Management Fundamentals:** Project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). * **Methodologies:** Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional frameworks (Waterfall/PMBOK). Understanding of the relationship among scope, time, and cost. * **Basic Administration:** Budget control, vendor management, and approval workflows. **Skills:** * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to draft clear reports and facilitate status meetings. * **Organization and Prioritization:** Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus on delivery deadlines. * **Proactivity and Problem Solving:** Early identification of risks or delays to propose solutions to the ADT’s SDM. * **Attention to Detail:** Rigor in tracking meeting minutes and updating schedules. **Programs or systems:** * **Project Management Software:** Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project. * **Office Suite:** Intermediate/Advanced Excel (pivot tables, tracking formulas) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). * **Collaboration Tools:** Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Google Workspace. * **Diagramming:** Basic knowledge of tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro (for flowcharts and processes). **Responsibilities:** * **Schedule Tracking:** Update daily task progress and ensure the team meets established deadlines. * **Project Documentation:** Draft meeting minutes, maintain an updated file repository, and manage document version control. * **Status Reporting:** Prepare dashboards and progress presentations for stakeholders or area leaders. * **Resource and Task Management:** Assign minor activities to teams and verify they have all necessary resources to execute them. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
