Excellent work environment We are looking for a candidate with experience in operational leadership, administration, and customer service to coordinate the overall operation of a branch, ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and team development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise administrative and service operations at the branch * Ensure proper execution of internal processes and quality standards * Monitor operational, administrative, and financial indicators * Review income and sales, and ensure accurate billing follow-up * Manage human, material, and facility resources of the branch * Supervise inventory, procurement, and supply control * Manage petty cash and track operational expenses * Address and resolve customer complaints or issues * Guarantee high-quality service experiences and customer service * Follow up on and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners * Lead, train, and monitor team performance * Coordinate internal meetings and track branch goals * Implement operational improvements arising from audits or identified opportunities **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or service management * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, supervision, or managerial roles * Experience managing personnel and leading teams * Knowledge of customer service and commercial follow-up * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools (Excel, Drive, PowerPoint) * Desired experience with internal management systems or CRM **Key Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Results orientation * Service focus and continuous improvement **We Offer:** * Professional development * Continuous training * Excellent work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday Salary: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
