




Position Summary: Control and ensure the supply and availability of materials and tools for production lines, machining workshops, and equipment maintenance, initiating continuous improvement. JOB SUMMARY: Control and ensure the supply and availability of materials and tools used in production lines, as well as tools for the machining workshop and spare parts used in equipment repairs and maintenance. Initiate continuous improvement within the IATF 16949 Quality Policy and comply with environmental requirements under ISO 14001. Fulfill roles and responsibilities related to environmental protection. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Monitor and maintain inventory control of: + Tools for production, machining workshop, and mechanical maintenance + Chemical items and materials for production lines + Materials used in the machining workshop + Spare parts for equipment according to MP2 demand * Generate requisitions to ensure supply in the areas mentioned above, based on consumption and inventory requirements. * Serve and dispense at the Tool Crib counter, recording consumption of various materials as well as tool control, per consumption and inventory requirements. * Assist maintenance technicians as a communication liaison with production lines, receiving calls to address equipment breakdowns, with the objective of minimizing downtime. * Promote safety, order, and cleanliness in TOOL CRIB. * Collaborate and actively participate in the Environmental Management System’s goal and objective plan, in accordance with the company’s Environmental Policy.
