Excellent work environment Star Médica is looking for talent! **Position:** Work Tools Analyst Star Médica Corporate **Position Objective:** Comprehensively manage the acquisition, control, and administration of technological equipment, ensuring timely and efficient availability of work tools for organizational staff. **Main Responsibilities:** Managing and tracking requests for technological equipment for new hires and newly created positions Overseeing procurement processes with vendors and tracking deliveries Inventory management of laptops, mobile phones, desktop computers, and peripherals Coordinating equipment receipt, distribution, and replacement Tracking maintenance, warranties, and technical support Preparing inventory control reports and metrics Monitoring signed responsibility documents and compliance with internal equipment assignment policies **Required Profile:** Experience in inventory control and management of technological equipment Proficiency in digital workplace tools and asset management systems Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of administrative and procurement processes Organization, follow-up capability, and attention to detail **Desirable:** Experience in hospital and corporate office environments **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Professional development Job stability Excellent work environment
