




***Warehouse Supervisor*** Position Objective Plan, direct and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory management, timely availability of materials for operations and production, compliance with established procedures, and optimization of warehouse resources. Profile Requirements Education: * Completed high school (technical degree or bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: * 2 years in similar positions within warehouse, logistics or distribution areas. Knowledge and Competencies: * Inventory administration and control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Operation of warehouse equipment: HS, HP forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks. * Use of warehouse systems or portals (preferred). * Planning, organization and team leadership. * Analytical ability, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Functions and Responsibilities * Plan and direct daily warehouse operations to ensure continuous availability of materials required by operations and production. * Strategically coordinate with Production and Purchasing departments to identify material needs, priorities and requirements. * Ensure maintenance of safety stock, authorizing and tracking purchase requisitions for identified shortages. * Supervise proper receipt, storage, safeguarding and dispatch of materials. * Implement and ensure compliance with inventory procedures and controls. * Validate timely and accurate recording of material receipts and issuances in the internal system. * Conduct and validate inventory audits, identifying discrepancies, losses or shortages. * Design and implement improvements to optimize warehouse space and efficiency. * Lead, train and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to established processes and order. * Prepare and submit daily and periodic inventory and operations reports to the Manager. * Ensure correct identification, protection and updating of materials in the internal system. * Supervise quality inspection of stored materials. * Authorize and track reporting of damaged, defective or non-conforming materials, ensuring their replacement. * Guarantee up-to-date available inventory records and report deviations, failures or defects detected in products. * Promote compliance with safety, order and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
