control, and storage * **EXPERIENCE IN:** Inventory control, goods receipt, loading/unloading, warehouse organization and storage, basic administrative system usage, delivery route planning, document control, and supervision of operational staff **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Personally perform physical receipt of goods, preparing storage space in advance and ensuring its cleanliness. * Coordinate storage arrangement, order, and cleanliness of the warehouse with assigned personnel. * Enter purchased goods receipts into the system according to purchase orders and quantities received. * Email cash purchase receipts to the Purchasing Manager along with supporting documentation. * Control and archive copies of all goods receipts. * Collect and review daily sales invoices to design delivery routes. * Assign delivery personnel and transport units based on weight, volume, and geographic location. * Verify goods loading against invoices and track order fulfillment. * Enter daily invoices Responsibilities** * Prepare and submit inventory and expiry reports for specific products. * Send original purchase orders to the Purchasing Department. * Jointly prepare orders with suppliers together with the Sales Department. * Review pending purchase orders and delivery dates to prepare for goods receipt. * Coordinate and verify sufficient stock to cover one and a half weeks of
