Ensure compliance with quality standards and GMP. **Warehouse Manager – Food Industry** **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible individual to supervise and optimize receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and compliance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials. * Lead, train, and coordinate the warehouse team. * Monitor inventory levels (expirations, turnover, cycle counts). * Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments. * Analyze consumption history, fluctuations, and optimal inventory levels. * Evaluate production orders and ensure proper traceability. * Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Identify and reduce shrinkage, waste, and overstock. * Define and adjust reorder points (minimums and maximums). * Control and analyze warehouse operational costs. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (degree required). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the food industry. * Experience in inventory control, expiration date management, and lot tracking. * Knowledge of production processes and traceability systems. * Proficiency in SAP (Inventory, Warehouse, and Production modules). * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Intermediate English. * Age: 28 to 45 years. **Competencies:** * Operational leadership * Focus on efficiency and shrinkage reduction * Data and cost analysis * Decision-making * Organization and teamwork **Location:** Tultitlán (Cartagena Industrial Park) * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (to be determined) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) under a mixed payment scheme: part nominal, part invoiced * Statutory benefits * Two life insurance policies * Work tools (laptop and mobile phone) * Professional development * Free parking
