Implementation of improvements in storage processes. **Warehouse Manager** Durango, Durango \| $14,000 net monthly **Who Are We Looking For?** A candidate with solid warehouse management experience, capable of coordinating teams and maintaining order and control across multiple storage locations simultaneously. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience managing warehouses * Experience coordinating warehouse coordinators or supervisors * Inventory management and control of incoming/outgoing goods * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel) * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of 3 warehouses * Manage and lead the coordinators of each warehouse * Control inventories, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock levels * Plan and execute periodic cycle counts and physical inventories * Ensure proper receipt, classification, and storage of merchandise * Coordinate timely and accurate order picking and dispatch * Supervise correct application of FIFO or FEFO methods according to product type * Identify inventory shrinkage, shortages, and discrepancies, generating incident reports * Coordinate with suppliers and procurement department for scheduled deliveries * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in warehouses * Prepare inventory reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and present them to management * Propose and implement improvements in logistics and storage processes **What We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $14,000 net * Statutory benefits * Job stability within an established company in the hardware and fasteners sector **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
