Together, we build the future we want to live. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Warehouse Manager** **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient warehouse operations—including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping—guaranteeing accurate and timely deliveries, as well as compliance with processes, safety, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** · Supervise and optimize receiving, storage, inventory, order picking, and outbound shipments. · Comply with and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality standards. · Control inventory levels, maintain accuracy, and reduce shrinkage. · Coordinate operational staff and evaluate performance. · Verify proper use of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racks, etc.). · Generate inventory, movement, productivity, and KPI reports. · Coordinate with Procurement, Transportation, Operations, and Customer Service. · Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes. · Ensure delivery timelines and service-level targets. · Manage warehouse space and material distribution. **Competencies and Skills:** * Leadership and team management * Organization, analysis, and results orientation * Effective communication and problem-solving * Working under pressure and managing priorities * Safety, quality, and continuous improvement * **Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and inventory control** **Candidate Profile:** * Solid experience in logistics and warehouse management * Strong inventory control and operational leadership capabilities * Proactive, organized, and responsible * Ability to coordinate teams and adapt to dynamic environments * Proficiency in using systems and technological tools **Benefits** **As outlined in the full job description** * Educational support * Employee parking * Company-issued mobile device * Punctuality bonuses * Attendance bonuses * Grocery vouchers * and more.
