*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS ECONOMICOS, POLITICOS Y DE SEGURIDAD in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** **Job Description:** *Warehouse Coordinator* *Department: Logistics / Warehouse* *Reports to: Procurement Manager* *Location: Col. del Valle, CDMX* *Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM* *Salary: $13,000 + $2,000 KPI-based bonuses* **Job Objective:** To efficiently manage and supervise all daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping), ensuring inventory accuracy, space optimization, safety, and coordination of personnel and processes to minimize costs and delays. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily warehouse operations. * Supervise goods receipt, placement, and counting. * Prepare and deliver orders while monitoring inventory levels. * Operate basic computer systems. * Conduct periodic inventories and maintain up-to-date stock records. * Manage and supervise assigned personnel, assigning tasks and providing training as needed. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely supply and dispatch of products. * Generate reports and analyze warehouse performance indicators. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience: 2 years. * Inventory management experience. * Good warehousing practices. * Basic computer skills or experience with inventory systems (ERP, Excel, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Ability to work in enclosed warehouse-type environments. * Moderate physical effort (lifting and moving materials). * Use of personal protective equipment (per company policy). **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Warehousing and Storage *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6941a7382f00003300850fd1&source=indeed*
