Join our team! We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant responsible for the proper receipt, storage, and control of supplies, ensuring timely delivery to various departments and effective inventory management. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect goods and supplies. * Properly arrange and safeguard products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and others). * Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain records (inflows and outflows). * Fulfill requisitions for various departments of the hotel and restaurant. * Verify expiration dates and implement product rotation (FIFO). * Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. * Report shortages, losses, and procurement needs. Requirements: * Minimum **1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant**, preferably in hospitality or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. * Basic proficiency in Excel or inventory management systems (preferred). * Organizational skills, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility. * Flexible availability for work hours.
