A leading manufacturing company invites you to join its team as Warehouse and Logistics Manager. **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or production areas as a logistics manager, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, cyclical inventory logistics, traffic, and procurement. **Job Requirements:** University degree. Prior experience in warehousing and inventory management. English language proficiency. Experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. Ability to interact effectively with suppliers. Proficiency in material handling. **Objective:** To ensure proper inventory administration, efficient material flow, and timely product distribution, thereby complying with internal policies, optimizing resources, and satisfying both internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Warehouse management. Inventory control. Distribution and transportation logistics. Documentation and traceability. Interdepartmental coordination. Personnel management and continuous improvement. Performance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). **Main Activities:** Supervise and direct daily activities including receiving, sorting, storage, picking, shipping, and returns, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards of order, cleanliness, and safety. Manage physical and system-based inventory, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and material turnover. Coordinate cyclical counts, audits, and reconciliations with the ERP system to maintain data integrity. Plan delivery and pickup routes; monitor delivery times, transport conditions, and service levels. Control logistics costs and propose improvements to optimize resources. Ensure proper preparation and secure retention of shipping-related documents (invoices, delivery notes, waybills, returns), facilitating operational tracking and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to guarantee timely availability of materials and finished goods, aligning efforts with operational demand. Lead, train, and evaluate the team, promoting competency development, collaborative work, and continuous improvement in logistics processes. Generate reports and KPIs on inventory turnover, accuracy, delivery times, shrinkage, and logistics costs, providing strategic information for decision-making. **Required Competencies:** Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns processes.
