We are expanding and have new store opening challenges planned for 2026. **What will you do?** Elevate brand positioning through impeccable and strategic visual execution, transforming physical space into a high-impact sales tool that optimizes customer flow and ensures a consistent, differentiated shopping experience aligned with the company’s expansion goals. **Education*****:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. **Your key responsibilities** · Coordinate the visual merchandising plan for new store openings, considering timelines, layouts, and commercial priorities. · Collaborate with Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Supplier teams to ensure on-time and on-spec openings. · Ensure proper display of the product portfolio by category, brand, and launch. · Accurately implement planograms, visual guidelines, and brand standards. · Coordinate placement of POP materials, signage, and graphic elements. · Guarantee compliance with visual standards, brand image, and sensory experience (order, cleanliness, lighting). · Conduct visual opening checklists and ensure the store is fully operational from day one. · Conduct follow-up visits after opening to ensure continuity of visual standards. · Document setups with photographic material and opening reports. · Document lessons learned and best practices for future openings. **Experience:** 3 years of experience coordinating visual merchandising (preferably in the beauty retail industry) Application of VM principles to retail (zoning, visual hierarchy, focal points, visual storytelling, window display design) Interpretation and adaptation of brand guidelines. Experience managing point-of-sale suppliers. Reading, analysis, and development of layouts and planograms.
