A Mexican company founded in 2017 to meet the demand for professional geosynthetic installation services for clients in the construction, mining, and engineering industries is seeking: **UNIT PRICE ANALYST** Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with nationwide operational scope. **Primary Contribution of the Position:** * Prepare budgets for various projects by business unit. * Structure the budgeting department to establish a foundation within the company. **Job Responsibilities** * Review execution project documents or information provided by the client. * Quantify project quantities. * Define and develop a catalog of items. * Prepare project budgets using unit prices. * Present the budget summary (breakdown of materials). * Quote materials and machinery across different states of the country. * Present the final budget. **Decision-Making Responsibilities** * Select suppliers for purchasing materials. * Determine the workforce required for projects. * Define project execution timelines. * Define indirect costs for each project item. **Required Knowledge:** * Neodata software: Intermediate/Advanced * Microsoft Office suite: Intermediate/Advanced (Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory) * AutoCAD: Intermediate/Advanced Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
