Opportunity to impact business optimization and operations. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure accurate reconciliation and recording of payment methods, as well as control and recording of related accounting entries. Job Responsibilities: * Reconcile payment methods against internal systems and bank deposits * Identify, analyze, and follow up on discrepancies or inconsistencies in reconciliations * Record financial transactions in SAP * Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve incidents related to cash collection or card payments * Enter and receive purchase orders in SAP * Cash management and store operations: * Monitor store cash control to ensure proper administration * Record cash advances and fixed fund controls at stores * Ensure proper functioning of operational tools (e.g., Panamericano safe) * Ensure collection of in-store sales and their deposit into our accounts * Provide initial cash funding to new stores * Raise and track incident reports with vendors * Download reports from our databases for reconciliations * Resolve and follow up on disputes * Upload and download daily exchange rates * Submit accounting records for month-end closing * Support and train new stores on reconciliation * Raise and track incident reports with card payment vendors * Process manual refunds to cardholders * Collaborate on process improvement Work Environment Context: We are an international company present in Mexico since 2018.
