Knowledge: Prior experience in similar positions, knowledge of logistics processes. Responsibilities: Interaction with transportation carriers Planning of transportation procurement Review of travel documentation System assignment Generate and meet performance metrics (KPIs) for your area. Keep supervisor, manager, or client informed about the operation status through daily metrics. Identify operational opportunities to implement corrective and preventive actions and promote process improvements using quality formats (QDOC). Ensure compliance with data entry and information recording in the system for all appointments obtained, to confirm historical records and generate reports. Validate correct completion of forms and/or reports. Verify that your work area has the necessary operational materials to carry out tasks. Escalate any required incidents according to the incident escalation level report when an issue cannot be resolved. Notify route risks, inform deviations to the coordinator and account supervisor. Record evidence (photos) when product damage is detected. Prepare incident reports and submit generated reports according to procedure.
