Supervise the work team. Maintain an excellent working environment. Minimize staff turnover. Desired Knowledge/Skills: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Completed degree. Passionate about sales. Proactive attitude. Knowledge of the grocery industry. Highly responsible and honest. Conflict resolution skills. Teamwork ability. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
