Exceptional customer experience PRIMARY FUNCTION Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial department, ensuring efficient service, timely follow-up, and an exceptional experience for our customers. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, after-sales service, or commercial support. Experience as a Customer Service Representative, Commercial Assistant, or Service Analyst. Intermediate Excel skills (search functions, pivot tables, reporting). Proficiency with administrative systems (ERP/CRM). Excellent communication, organizational skills, and sense of urgency. RESPONSIBILITIES Order entry, validation, and tracking. Scheduling and monitoring of deliveries and shipments. Timely follow-up on purchase orders. Coordination of appointments with customers and internal departments. Generation of reports and information management in Excel. Document filing, coding, and management. Customer service with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction. Efficient handling of multiple requests with accuracy and organization.
