Supervision of mounting, dismounting, rotation, and alignment. Performance, mileage, and cost-per-km analysis. Coordination with external tire department personnel. Negotiation and follow-up with suppliers and retreaders. Compliance with safety and operational standards. Recording of tire installations, retirements, rotations, and replacements per unit. Verification of tire pressure, wear, alignment, and overall condition. Control of tire shipment and receipt for vulcanization or retreading. Maintaining up-to-date logs of useful life and mileage for each tire. Reporting damaged, stolen, or irregularly worn tires to the tire maintenance manager. Coordinating tire replacement and procurement with the maintenance supervisor. Ensuring proper storage and safeguarding of tires.
