Ability to draft official letters and manage multiple tenders Join our team as a **Tender Analyst** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, or related field Knowledge of tendering processes, the Public Sector Acquisitions, Leasing, and Services Law, and Public Works regulations. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering or government procurement departments. * Attention to detail: A tender can be lost due to a missing signature or incorrectly placed folio number. * Reading comprehension: Ability to thoroughly analyze "Tender Bases" and understand technical annexes. * Time management: Working under pressure to meet deadlines for clarification meetings, proposal submissions, and award announcements. * Tool proficiency: Use of government procurement digital platforms and cost estimation software (e.g., Opus or Neodata in construction). Responsibilities * Advanced experience using electronic tendering platforms. * Monitoring federal (ComprasMX) and state contracting platforms to identify business opportunities. * Meticulous review of tender bases (terms of reference) to assess project feasibility and identify risks. * Collecting technical information from engineering/operations, financial, and legal departments to compile proposals. * Document management: preparing surety bonds, experience certificates, commercial registry records, and sworn statements. * Platform submission: expert handling of electronic tender portals for bid submission and responses to observations. * Legal-Administrative writing: ability to draft official letters, protest letters, and appeals against decisions. * Capacity to simultaneously manage multiple tenders under strict timelines.
