Position Summary: We are seeking a Tender Analyst to manage and monitor public sector tender processes, ensuring compliance and effective coordination. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Tender Analyst To analyze, manage, and monitor public sector tender processes within the government sales channel—primarily through distributors and integrators—ensuring administrative, technical, and regulatory compliance. Ensure proper internal and external coordination, and identify opportunities to drive sales and award of medical devices. Essential Responsibilities: * Monitor, analyze, and track health sector tenders on official platforms and institutional portals, such as COMPRAS MX. * Identify tender opportunities that drive sales in the government sales channel. * Evaluate tender documents and technical annexes to assess feasibility and define participation strategy jointly with distributors and integrators. * Serve as the operational and documentation liaison together with distributors and integrators throughout the entire tender process. * Maintain effective communication with clients, distributors, and internal departments, including hospital visits when necessary. * Ensure regulatory, technical, and deadline compliance to avoid disqualifications. * Track clarification meetings, proposal submissions, evaluations, and award announcements, where direct participation applies. * Support contract formalization, guarantees, and post-award requirements. * Prepare reports on status, outcomes, and improvement opportunities. Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences. * 2 years of experience managing tenders / government sales.
