Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Manager to administer the IT network, propose and implement systems, and coordinate technical support and user training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Automotive Agency is looking for your talent as: **SYSTEMS MANAGER** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (incomplete or current student) Experience: 1–2 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Administer the agency’s voice and data IT network to ensure system functionality across all departments. * Analyze and propose development and implementation of IT and telecommunications systems for agency departments to adapt processes to new operational requirements. * Develop and supervise periodic preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the agency’s IT and telecommunications systems. * Coordinate and participate in technical support activities for agency users. * Coordinate agency staff training on proper use of software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment. * Propose purchases of computer equipment and software to acquire up-to-date technology and optimize agency operations. * Manage inventories of software, hardware, and PBX to provide information to all departments, update user tools, and control company assets. * Oversee the creation of data backups.
